Weak, non-customizable app. Slow support.

This app has promise. Lets home they get their act together.

Very weak UI with collapsable sections that are expanded again when you return to a screen. A "support" email link that opens an email that actually has instructions written in it...that the user has to spend the energy to erase before they can write to support? Dont make me work to contact you!

Then, dont expect an answer from support until you complain. THEN, dont expect a REAL answer. Just some superficial junk. Fake empathy.

The app itself has serious potential. I have been clamoring for such an app. But then, they go and make it so you HAVE to use THEIR "gems" or templates for information. Well...YOU dont know about my products or the info I need to store! Where is the spot for the serial number? Wait...I cant add that spot myself!?

WHAT IS THE POINT of making an app that makes us only save the data that YOU want us to save? Really weak thinking behind this thing.

They obviously could care less about the user base. I recommend finding a different app. You will have less frustration and surely get better service.

There is a web component that COULD be great! Just what I wanted! BUT, again, I cant do anything of my own interest there. Only what THEY deem as fields that I might want. Weak.

I wasted 90 minutes trying to get it to work. Save yourself the trouble!
