TeamData is the first app designed for collaborative team information management and security. It helps companies, employees and teams of any kind work together to organize and protect the information they constantly need to get stuff done.

TeamData app good for

Will use this to share and store all kinds of data with my work colleagues, family and friends. Smart, powerful secure, yet very easy to use!

The app has gotten waaay faster so I can get to everything quicker.

My office has been using the team features, so the amount of info in my personal cloud has skyrocketed. The new voice search makes it easy to find what Im looking for, by data or by person...I (almost) couldnt trick it. The data also loaded a lot faster. Like the progress guys!

This app was always super useful for storing my personal info in a secure place, but was constantly crashing. With this update, its almost perfect. Keep up the good work.

Some bad moments

Im a busy professional and my fiancé and I need to remember a lot of shared passwords, credit card account info and frequent flyer numbers. This app lets me safely share that stuff with him, especially when were both running around on-the-go!

But linked in input didnt work and showed me other peoples cards even though I didnt ask for them BIG security risk!!!

This is really convenient for sharing passwords with my co-workers. Cant wait to be able to import data from other services/sources!

I spent quite a bit of time trying to find my Gems via the Personal.app. I could not for the life of me find them. I could add new ones or add new contacts, but my Gems never showed up. After about 1/2 hour of trying I gave up. I submitted a ticket to their support team and decided to check my phone again and they automagically showed up. I was hoping for quicker gratification but it took a bit longer than I had hoped for importing and displaying on my phone. Adding files online are not accessible via the app. Trying to save images like Drivers License or Passports there is no option to see this stored data. This could be key for situations with lost or stolen wallets or bags. Website is very easy to navigate and very intuitive. 50meg cap for storing files but this may be the limitation of the Beta as I could not find pricing to increase this amount. Add additional features to app and this thing will sell faster the hot cakes..

Evidently, an account is required to use this app. I dont want one.

This app has promise. Lets home they get their act together. Very weak UI with collapsable sections that are expanded again when you return to a screen. A "support" email link that opens an email that actually has instructions written in it...that the user has to spend the energy to erase before they can write to support? Dont make me work to contact you! Then, dont expect an answer from support until you complain. THEN, dont expect a REAL answer. Just some superficial junk. Fake empathy. The app itself has serious potential. I have been clamoring for such an app. But then, they go and make it so you HAVE to use THEIR "gems" or templates for information. Well...YOU dont know about my products or the info I need to store! Where is the spot for the serial number? Wait...I cant add that spot myself!? WHAT IS THE POINT of making an app that makes us only save the data that YOU want us to save? Really weak thinking behind this thing. They obviously could care less about the user base. I recommend finding a different app. You will have less frustration and surely get better service. There is a web component that COULD be great! Just what I wanted! BUT, again, I cant do anything of my own interest there. Only what THEY deem as fields that I might want. Weak. I wasted 90 minutes trying to get it to work. Save yourself the trouble!
